Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the unit and place all components, including the net and poles, back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
